Should i worry if the muscle twitches/fasc i have continued for weeks but havent noticed any true weakness other than feeling trembly at times? also, can my pcp determine if i have tongue atrophy. he said i didnt but not sure if he truly knows ??

Most likely, you suffer from benign fasciculations and not ALS, which is rather uncommon and especially rare at age 32. A neurological consultation would likely be reassuring.
