Can a benign meningioma stop growing after some years of existence;?

Meningioma : Meningiomas tend to grow very slowly and usually are not associated with symptoms. They can stop growing. They are only removed if they are pressing on areas of the brain that could cause problems. Most are followed over time with CT scans or MRI scans.
