3 year old female toddler. sudden bursts into tears, asks to go to the potty but doesn't do anything. cries and complains her front is sore. repeats throughout the day. possible urinary tract infection?

Could Be...: In a child, the typical symptoms of a UTI: Pain, urgency and Frequency are difficult for them to articulate. You should take her to see a Dr, as an untreated UTI could result in kidney infection, or other complications. The Dr can examine the child and do a urinalysis which can easily determine if she has a UTI. If the Urine dip is positive, the Dr can also give you a script for an antibiotic.
