Should i try magnesium supplements for heart palpitations even if my magnesium levels are fine in my bloodwork?

No: If your magnesium levels are fine, then supplementation is not going to help. Magnesium supplements only help when a person has low magnesium levels. Beyond this, large doses might cause too much magnesium to build up in the body, causing serious side effects including an irregular heartbeat, low blood pressure, confusion, slowed breathing, coma, and death

Magnesium: I agree with Dr. Kratzberg, Since you had bloodwork done, I am assuming that you spoke with your physician. What did your physician say. It doesn't sound like you need magnesium and there are potential side effects if you develop significant eleveations in level.
