Is magnesium supplement good for health after heart attack or cramps from taking stains?

Magnesium: Magnesium is good to supplement. Especially Magnesium glycinate. Magnesium is often lacking in the diet and it is easy and beneficial to supplement. Can help with your blood pressure and prevent heart arrhythmia. Statins in themselves do not effect Magnesium however they do deplete your body of CoQ10 that would be helpful to supplement if on a statin.
