Immune deficiency?: Most such lab tests do not indicate a serious immune deficiency, but this depends on how low your Ig levels are, what you mean by "unwell for 2 years" i.e. specific symptoms or infection problems, if you have had any . Start with a family medicine doctor or internist. Depending on their findings, s/he may refer you to an immunologist or perhaps infectious diseases specialist.
