Lose weight!: The only way without medication is significant weight loss. A few women with pcos get normal menses and can be come pregnant anyway, so there's always a chance -- but therapy such as metformin has a much higher chance of normal periods (in approx. 60% of cases) and a safe successful pregnancy, if desired. Let your doctor help you - at your age, time is getting short.
