Adoption: If you have no ovaries, or no ability to produce an ovum, modern science cannot help you produce a child genetically related to you. You might be able to carry a child with a donated egg. Adoption is also a great option.

No period, no ovary?: If you did start your period when you were 16 or 17 spontaneously then an ovary must be present. Was a laparoscopy done to confirm the ovarian absence? There are ways to check for an intact pituitary/ovarian/ endometrium axis. You need to see a gyn md who specializes in fertility issues.
