Period started: I suppose your doctor was correct at the time that ovulation was possible but now it appears that ovulation had already occurred since your started your cycle on day 29. Ovulation occurs about 14 days before the menstrual cycle. Most small cysts like this resolve on their own without treatment. Your doctor can arrange follow up care.
