Kitchen then gym: Weight loss efforts begin in the kitchen and are maintained in the gym. Focus on increasing vegetables and fruits and lean protein and decrease oils/fats and grains and beans which are more calorie dense. Drink water, dont drink calories and be mindful of eating, chew slowly, savor the flavors. Need much more time to tailor a plan for you based on a diet journal if you could provide me with one
