My ultrasound scan results were rt.ovary: 4.9*2.4cm lt.ovary: 4.7*2.3cm uterus: 6.2*3.8cm, peripheral follicles present. i have regular periods but i am diagnosed with pcos, y? i have acne and hairfall are they symptoms of pcos?

Yes.: Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is diagnosed in women whose ovaries have large cysts (it sounds like yours do), hirsuitism (extra growth of dark hair), and facial acne. Not all women with PCOS have abnormal periods.
