Hi doctors! i'm confused.i live i new york, and we are to enter "phase 2" this monday. buses/subways are running. if the virus is still around, even though the percent testing positive is much lower, how is it safe to go back to work go or out at all?

Social distancing: We will need to adhere strictly to social distancing or the whole plan falls apart.Wash hands (or use sanitizer) often for at least 20 seconds. Wash hands before touching eyes, nose or mouth. Use a cloth cover over mouth & nose when around others. Avoid sick people. Distance at least 6 feet from others. Clean/ disinfect frequently used surfaces.
