My doctor said my 10 week neg 4th gen duo was conclusive and to come back at 6 mos if i was still anxious to get a 100% neg. what is going on? am i negative at this point, i'm anxious and confused. please help

False negative: Every test has a few false negatives. While it is good that your result was negative at 10 weeks, as you doctor said, to be 100% sure you should repeat the test at 6 months. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
