This should help:: Tongue anatomy can vary from person to person, even members of the same family. Use a tongue scraper daily and make sure you brush and floss after meals. See you dentist to make sure you have no cavities and your gums are healthy. Your physician can treat you for gerd. Do everything right and follow directions and it should help.

You don't treat: You need professional help, especially if you have a systemic problem such as GERD. If it has been more than 6 months since your last dental examination/professional cleaning, you are overdue. Please make an appointment with a Dentist as soon as possible.
