Albuterol, flovent: With 80 % max flow you're ok if you keep up with maintenance albuterol and inhaled steroid of choice. Just to be proactive, go see your GP and get some oral steroids to avoid a drop in peak flow

Asthma : I would take a course of oral steroids for 5 days, use inhaled bronchodilator and inhaled steroids as before
