so i was sick for a couple days and i stopped but i had a cough but like 4 days ago i had problems breathing and every time i cough or drink cold things i loose my breath and my chest get all tight and it takes couple seconds to get my breath back or when

Some possible: things. cannot say in your particular case, but generally, there is some irritaiton with any respiratory infection. This leads to increased susceptibility to other inflammation. Basically, it's like asthma but temporary. Singulair (montelukast) often helps the symptoms and speeds healing of inflammation of the respiratory tract. or asthma/pneumonia/many other possibilities
