4 days ongoing chest tightness and upper left side shoulder pain back side of shoulder also itchy hurts when breathing in please help what tests should i go and have to rule out lung clot and rule out heart problems??

Please see urgent care. You may be experiencing an asthma attack or an allergic reaction. You may need a course of steroids. Discuss possible triggers such as new exposures to an inhaled or an ingested trigger. Blood and imaging testing may include an eosinophil count, WBC and differential count and chest x ray. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, cough and wheezing.
