Good day. i had my galbladder removed in january, while they did they noticed that my liver is enlarged. now 5 months after the pain in right side is extremly painfull. is this because of the liver? what do i need to do?

Right side pain : Several things come to mind. Liver inflammation, colon problems, or gall bladder tube issues. Even though the gall bladder is out there is still a network for tubing that can cause inflammation. As you can tell in order to figure this out more information is needed. So I would see your primary care doctor.
