If i had my gall bladder removed will my liver overwork itself?

Liver: Liver will not over work itself after gallbladder surgery. Bile will flow freely into intestine. When you had your gallbladder it acted as a storage sack for bile in between meals. Now bile will flow directly into intestine from liver. You may have some diarrhea but that's about it.
