I have extreme pain in my upper right abdomen, from middel right side too my back. i have had my galbladder removed so it is not gall stones. i have also done a liver function test and a liver sonar that was both normal.

Right abd pain : While you don't have a gall bladder you still have the gall bladder tubing which can still have dysfunction- this is best evaluated functional nuclear testing. You made no mention of the lab testing or te physical examination. Right upper abdominal pain can be from a colon, lung, liver, pancreas, kidney, or circulation
