Galbladder surgery a month ago, now feeling bruised on left side. extremely tender to touch. i do have an enlarged liver and spleen. what could it be?

Post surgery care: Your surgeon will want to see you, and you should check in. Liver and gallbladder are on the right side, however some patients feel the pain/pressure on the left. There are several possibilities, fluid collection and bile leak need to be ruled out. Okay to ask about ultrasound or nuclear tech hida to check this out.
