About ten years ago, my gall bladder was removed. now my liver seems to feel swollen. i have been diagnosed with fatty liver. what can i do?

Lose weight: If that is all that is going on, lose weight. However are you sure that is the extent of the problem? Have you seen a specialist GI with an interest in hepatology (will likely be a member of aasld) or a hepatologist?
