Upper pain right side of abdomen. sharp pain, cannot move or breathe. worse at night. endoscope says non ulcer dyspepsia. lansoprazole and bascopan don't work. bloating now happening. sonar says no gall bladder problem. fatigue. what could it be?

Continue evaluation: Upper abdominal pain can be from acid pains, such as gastric reflux with or without ulcer, or just gastritis with no ulcer. Sometimes pain can be from other things in the area such as: abdominal muscle or lining, ribs or spine, nerves coming from the spine, bottom of lung, chest and lung linings, small intestine, large intestine, right kidney, liver or gall bladder, abdominal lymph nodes, etc...
