No there is not: ? is a fibromyalgia blood test. A blood test was discovered that showed positive in fibromyalgia patients and received wide press. The back story is that the test was positive for other conditions as well, so it is not useful for defining fibromyalgia, and probably measures general physiologic phenomena common to several chronic pain disorders.
