COVID 19: I have found no literature that indicated that endometriosis is a risk factor for COVID 19 complications. Even if there is endometriosis on diaphragm (which I am assuming is on abdominal side), I am not aware that it would cause problems.

No: Although the diaphragm is the muscle that facilitates respiration, the interior of the lungs themselves are not impacted by the endometriosis.
