Covid-19: MVP does not increase your risk of complications. You do not need to see your cardiologist about this.

COVID 19: Conditions which may impact severity of COVID 19 infec-tions include valve regurgitation or stenosis, or moderate to severe prolapse. It isn’t known if mild mitral valve pro-lapse (MVP) increases risk of complications.
