Polycystic ovaries: , means you have tendency to form many small ovarian cysts, this can delay normal ovulation. Also delayed or absent periods, or more frequent flow. Monitoring is correct plan. Fertility can be decreased if not treated. You will need to see a doctor to followup and develop the best treatment plan.
