Timing of sonogram: The endometrial thickness is premenopausal women must be interpreted knowing where she is in the menstrual cycle. A thin lining is expected in the early stages and a thick lining is expected before the cycle starts. Contact the doctor who ordered your sonogram so that it can be interpreted in your unique circumstances
