Known case of hydrocephalus, epileptic 6 years old valporic acid 2g sodium degretol currently having a v.p shunt (ultra small , medium pressure) what's the prognosis of the case any better rx plan to the pt?

Can't speculate: Each of these patients is a unique case. By age 6 you would have some basic display of functional & learning capability which has not been described. An evaluation by a pediatric neurologist or developmental pediatrician who has reviewed all the history & exam findings should be able to answer this question.
