Very well could be: Focal, non-jacksonian seizure. I think you would be wise, and thinking safely for yourself and others to see a neurologist. Such events can generalize when you least expect.

Seizures: Simple partial seizures can occur without loosing conciousness and are a likely explanation for you "tremor". These can get worse and later become full seizures with loss of conciousness. Seizures are serious and it is dangerous to stop seizure medication without medical advice. You should consult with a physician as soon as possible.
