Pain in my foot. searched online, it is called foot navicular bone. i have this bone quite feasible in both feet, but the right one specifically pains a lot at least once a month and the pain go on for few days usually. i cant walk probably?

foot pain: I encourage you to see a podiatrist or an orthopedic surgeon if this is a chronic issue. If there is a problem they can determine that and see if there are any treatment options.
