Not really: This is a tough area to heal. My want to have dr. Try an unna boot soft cast to help bring the swelling down.

No, worrying: Won't solve anything. Call your doctor and discuss. Since i don't know why the cast was put on in the first place, hard to help you further. Did you break the navicular one? If so how bad? Any tendon injury etc etc?
