CBD & Exams: CBD oil can be useful for some people but I know of no studies on its impact when focusing on material during exams. Worth a try: There's good scientific evidence CBD can help anxiety and insomnia. It's safe and well-tolerated. It will help some more than others. It will probably not directly help concentration but won't impair it. Being less anxious and better-rested should improve concentration.
