Cause of anxiety?: Are you clear on what you are anxious about? We all have anxiety but when it significantly interferes w/functioning and comfort level we need assistance. Please see your doc for a check up and a mental health professional who deals w/anxiety. How's your diet and exercise level? Exercise early in the day, even brisk walking. Get off the computer at least 1 hr before bed.
