No single best but:: Because we're all genetically unique there's no one best diet for everyone. Some thrive on a vegetarian diet, some feel better with meat, but I advise a diet rich in organic vegetables, nuts, seeds, fruits and some quality proteins like eggs, wild fish, organic chicken and grass-fed meats. Minimize sugars, most oils and all GMO's. My favorite article on healthy diets is https://tinyurl.com/yb9guouj
