Small changes: Small changes over time. It may take 21 days to form a habit. Start with adding more fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Then procede to whole grain products, lastly, try to decrease fat intake especially saturated fats by choosing less meat and fish twice a week. Thats a great start and should be managable.
