Since i started puberty i have been suffering with really bad sleep deprivation. during the summer months i can't sleep no matter how tired i feel. i eventually fall asleep at 7a.m and wake up at 6p.m i can't keep a controlled sleep pattern?

Sleep hygiene: Keep regular bed & wakening time (even weekends). Get up same time daily. *Use regular, relaxing bedtime routine: warm bath / shower, aromatherapy, reading, or listening to gentle music. * Sleep in dark, quiet, cool room w comfy mattress & pillows. * Bedroom only for sleep & sex. Put work materials, computers, & TVs in another room. * Finish eating at least 2-3 hrs prior to bed.
