NO: Exercises are vital to growing and developing normally. Crunches, running, calisthenics and a variety of other exercises help to build up your bones and muscles and prevent obesity, diabetes, and high blood pressure. None of this will prevent you from achieving your expected height. Avoid drinking, drugs, supplements containing ephedra compounds and steroids, as these can affect your hormones.
