Muscles and fitness: Actually, you are more interested in your daughter being physically fit. If proper nutrition and healthy exercise are pursued then the correct body shape will occur. Anyone can overdo any exercise causing muscular hypertrophy (think professional body builders!); however, by varying the exercises or choosing an all over exercise such as swimming then the well-proportioned body would be more likely.
