DsDNA: This indeterminate value of antibodies to dsDNA may be a forerunner of more obvious lupus pathology such as occurs in the kidney. The lab tests, CRP and ESR, are usually elevated in active systemic lupus and are worth checking if you haven't already done so. Negative values would be reassuring.
