+ ANA: This may indicate Lupus, you need to f/u with your Rheumatologist to get a complete explanation of all of your results. It looks like you definitely have some kind of autoimmune disorder. Are you having any kind of pain in your joints? What is your RA factor? Let your Dr. know about this. Good Luck
