Not really.: It is more likely that the material is in the way of where your teeth and jaw normally fit. Any dentist should be able to get that into a correct spot so that the chipped portion of tooth looks nice and does not interfere with your bite.

Maybe: How do jaws feel now that the bonding is no longer there? If your jaw feels good now then this is your correct bite and bonding must be properly adjusted to fit within your bite scheme. If your bite feels different after a filling, make sure that your filling is adjusted before leaving the dental office this avoids breakage and sensitivity.
