Jaw\tooth soreness: How long has it been? And is it getting better, worse or the same? How did the doctor "fix" it? It is not uncommon to have some tooth sensitivity after treatment nor sometimes jaw soreness from injection or stretching your mouth wide open during treatment. I would give it some time, take some otc medications such as advil, Motrin or aleve (naproxen). If no improvement in a few days, call your dentist.

Check bite!: If you just had a mild tooth bonding procedure, perhaps done quickly and without anesthesia, it is likely some of the bonding material is overly thick and preventing your bite from fully closing. Have your dentist use articulating paper to recheck your bite in a chomping motion and in a grinding motion. Have this done in a inclined position and a upright position.
