A member asked:

Got a chipped front tooth fixed via bonding about 2 months ago, the colour matches perfectly for now & im a daily tea drinker, no coffee or any other drinks. how long does it take for bonding to change colour? as this is my main concern?

Drinking tea 2 or more times a day will stain your bonding and other teeth in a month or more. Brush your teeth after drinking tea or if staining continues , than consider getting a porcelain crown on tooth. A bonded tooth can also fracture in time, so that's why a crown is considered.

Depends on how often you assault the bonding material with strongly pigmented foods. Bonding material is more porous than tooth enamel.
