First : First of all let me say that "jagged" teeth are not usually the result of soda drinking. It sounds as though this is occurring on both upper and lower teeth and may be the result of a grinding habit. Any of the methods you mentioned may be the correct one depending on the damage done, but more important is the possible need for a bite guard appliance after the fix to prevent it from happening again.

It : It is impossible to say what would be best for you without seeing the teeth in question. Contact your local dentist for a consultation appointment to find out all of your options. The price could be $1000+ per tooth for veneers/laminates to as little a $100 for some minor recontouring.
