Got a mucus cytology test and i got confused. no malignancy as outcome but ''specimen is heavily admixed with saliva and squamous cells from the upper resp. tract.'' is squamous dangerous? i tested for resp. stuff but worried about skin cancer now ;(

No: It has to do with the quality of specimen as normal squamous cells are collected from the oral cavity.
