Treatment: We always encourage clinical trials as first line option. Standard therapy will include use of taxane and platinum compound like carboplatin/taxol combo. I would not use arimidex. 2nd line drugs include cisplatin, taxotere, doxil, gemzar, avastin, (bevacizumab) topotecan etc.
