Hi, my doctor has given me clomid but i have a doubt: i had a surgery to part remove the thyroid and i take levothyroxine 50mg every day. i read that clomid works on fsh, will it effect my levothyroxine dosage or will i get some sort of imbalance?

Not likely,: any new issue with the thyroid from clomid. This increases the FSH, to stimulate the ovaries, TSH works on the thyroid gland, not much cross reaction.
