Frtility ?'s: "Low thyroid" can interfere with ovulation , and PCOS also occurs with usually no ovulation. While Clomid can induce ovulation, and make pregnancy "possible", best is to obtain referral to a reproductive endocrinologist, who would be best qualified to deal with both thyroid disease and ovulation induction. Other testing may also be indicated to maximize chances of pregnancy.
