See your doctor: If indeed you have no thyroid (?surgery, radioactive iodine) and you do not take your thyroid meds, you will get very sick. VERY sick. Section? Do you mean Cesarian section, for your baby? If your thyroid is low, it will also be detrimental to your pregnancy and the baby. See your doctor and do what (s)he says.
